WHERE ARE THE WEDDING TRIALS HELD?

The trial can be held at my home address or at a location of your choosing (your home, a friends or family members home).

WHAT COVID MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?

During your make-up application, it is necessary that a Type II face mask and visor will be worn by the myself.

The area of your make-up application will be regularly sanitised with antibacterial spray.

Hand sanitiser will also be present for use throughout the makeup application.

DO I NEED TO BE MAKE-UP FREE FOR MY TRIAL?

For ease and time, it would be beneficial to attend your trial with no to minimal make-up.

I will be cleansing, toning and moisturising your skin as part of the skin preparation of your make-up application.

HOW LONG WILL THE TRIAL LAST?

Typically, the trial will last up to 90 minutes.

I WILL HAVE A SPRAY TAN FOR MY WEDDING, WILL THIS IMPACT THE MAKE-UP AGREED FROM THE TRIAL?

No not at all. I carry multiple shades within my kit, therefore I will colour match you on the day of your wedding.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IN MY BRIDAL PARTY CAN I HAVE FOR MAKE-UP ON THE DAY

The maximum number for make-up booking per wedding is 4, including the Bride. I can also recommend an additional artist if you have a big wedding party.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

To book in your make-up application for your wedding day, I will send you a registration form for you to complete along with the Terms and Conditions.

A completed form is required to confirm your booking along with your payment for your trial (if applicable) and wedding day make-up deposit (20%).

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

Any outstanding balance is to be paid no less than 7 days prior to your wedding date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

If you do not wish to proceed with your booking, you have 48 hours following your trial (if applicable) and/or receipt of your booking form to cancel.

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your booking, cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

If you cancel within 30 days prior to wedding day, you will be required to pay the full amount due.

If you cancel within 1-3 months prior to wedding day, you will be required to pay 75% of the amount due.

If you cancel within 4-6 months prior to wedding day, you will be required to pay 50% of the amount due.

Any cancellations 6 months or more prior to wedding day shall incur no charges.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING IS ABROAD?

I will be able to provide you with a 1-2-1 make-up lesson to talk you through your application.

I will show you tricks and tips to ensuring your make up will last all day and help you feel comfortable if you are applying your own make-up on the day.
